Manufacturing (Prototype and Development)

Our manufacturing site allows for production of prototype units through small volume production runs. It also serves as our process development lab creating processes that can be transferred to our customers manufacturing facility. All process development can be completed in this facility minimizing duplication effort.

Contract Engineering

Many processing issues need to be resolved at the customers manufacturing facility. For that reason, we offer on-site engineering services at the project level. There is no need to hire us as a full time employee. Johnson Technology Sales and Service, LLC will manage and resolve the issue on site. Whether the project requires 5 hours a week or 60 hours a week, we will come in as needed and complete the project timeline.​

Sourcing

When working with us you have years of experience in selecting the right vender for the job.  Most of our venders will help support the project through project management or work directly with the customer. We can also support your equipment (new or used) purchases by recommending the right equipment for the job.
